Workouts
Erin-Y’s workouts are designed to make your fitness and health goals achievable. Increasing and/or regaining flexibility and mobility, losing weight, strengthening your core, easing pain, recovering from and preventing injuries are some of the improvements you will notice after starting with these programs.
Therapies
Gait Analysis
Understand the paramount importance and repercussions of how you stand, walk, and run. You will realize that some of those chronic pains or lack of results when exercising might be due to poor posture. After a thorough analysis and a few tweaks, it will provide relief, soothe pain and improve your performance.
Health Coaching
Erin’s approach is to set SMART goals for you; defining a strategy to actively and safely engage in your health behavior changes through nutrition and training. At the same time, all the tools Erin-Y provides will be at your disposal.
Through Erin-Y’s app, you will have access to all your records to analyze and even share your progress on Facebook. Tailor-made daily meal plans, shopping lists, and easy to follow recipes will put you on the right track in terms of nutrition. Together you can give your pantry a healthy makeover and go shopping to learn how to make wiser food choices.
Also, you can sync your Fitbit, Google Health Device, or Apple Watch in seconds.

I first started training with Erin in 2002. Although she began as a Pilates instructor for me, she became much, much more. But first. Her skills as an instructor are unmatched. She is encouraging without being pushy or overpowering. She is patient yet demanding in a very gentle way. In other words, she is the perfect instructor for me. On another level, she has become much more than my trainer. Erin is a wonderful person whose friendship I treasure. I feel very fortunate to be one her clients and a friend.
Erin is such a wonderful person to work with. She makes classes so fun! There’s something about her charm that makes you forget that you’re exercising. She targets areas that are difficult to work on and has helped me to become more flexible than before. Besides the workout, she engages with her clients and helps them with nutrition plans and it has changed my life! I am proud to say that Erin is an amazing instructor and you will not regret taking her class.
Erin is the best Pilates instructor ever! She is so clear and concise with her instruction, with the biggest genuine smile. She makes you want to continue on while your glutes are burning. Her verbal instructions are so clear that you don’t even need to watch her; but I do watch her perfect form, so I can perfect mine. I have learned so much about various muscles and what they do from taking her classes. After class, I always feel so good and feel my body getting stronger. She really has such an infectious great attitude that I feel so uplifted during her classes, and after; you really feel the connection and caring. Feel good endorphins are firing! Don’t miss the opportunity to take Erin’s class!
Erin really helped me with my health and with my energy. She gives unbelievable one on one instructions. Not only does she help you exercise, but she also teaches you about your body which is unbelievably important to me. I have a broken bone right now, so I can’t work out, but I will run, run, run back to Erin as soon as I can.
A big challenge for me during the pandemic has been maintaining fitness, as I lost my daily routine of rowing, working out at the gym and attending reformer Pilates classes. Erin kept me strong with her on-line cardio/Pilates/stretch class. She is such a skilled instructor! Erin understands the body and offers modifications to meet our fitness levels. She knows how to build strength without causing injury. She offers an endless number of exercises, so that her class never feels repetitive or boring. She is very clear in her instruction and attentive to watching us on her screen and offering us feedback and….she is funny, fun and encouraging! Honestly, I so enjoy Erin’s class that even when we are all vaccinated (soon I hope!) I plan to continue. On a scale of one to ten, I’d rate Erin 10++++!
I’ve been training with Erin for a few years now and have stayed consistent with my Pilates practice because my body has come to rely on it. When I come to her sore, she uses the right therapies to make me feel better. When I come to her ready to work out, she gives me a good sweat. I feel younger, lighter and stand with better posture these days, in addition to playing a better golf game.
