
Workouts
Erin’s workouts combine strength and resistance, stretching and flexibility, cardio and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well as core stability training.
She fuses disciplines such as Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX), resistance bands, dumbbells and kettlebells, foam rollers, boxing, rowing, and agility circuits with Pilates, combining mat work and apparatus like Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair.
Erin will design the workouts you need to achieve these goals. For your convenience, you can train in a way most suitable to your needs with Erin.

Live Zoom Group
Join my open group virtual Pilates mat class Saturdays at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time. GMT-4), register and book my Live Zoom open group sessions by clicking the button below. Please contact me at least 24 hours prior to confirm class will be held at routine time.
$25 per session.
If you have your own group of training buddies, you can schedule Live Zoom closed group for $140 per hour for the entire group.

Live Zoom Private
Have one-on-one live private workout sessions (you and Erin) via Zoom.
Erin will assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to poor posture, asymmetries, and coordination issues.
Then Erin will develop a corrective exercise routine that addresses these problems.
$125 per session.

In Studio
If you prefer in-person training and live near Coral Gables, Miami (ZIP 33134), you can have one-on-one private sessions in Erin’s Home Studio.
$125 per session.
You can have duets sessions with your training partner. Erin’s Home Studio capacity is limited to two clients.
Duets are $200 total per session.
In addition, Erin teaches a small group mat Pilates class at her studio Fridays at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time. GMT-4) for $25.
