This is five days in a private Chateau on the French Riviera where serious wellness meets the life you actually want to live. A small group of people who are ready to move better, feel better, and spend a week in Cannes doing both.
What’s Included?

EXERCISE CLASSES
Twice daily movement sessions led personally by Erin — a Pilates instructor, corrective exercise specialist, and strength and mobility coach with over 20 years of experience. Every session is tailored to the group and to you individually. No two bodies are the same, and the programming reflects that.
Whether you’re an experienced mover or someone who hasn’t prioritized their body in years, you’ll leave these sessions feeling capable, not defeated. The schedule is flexible — attend everything, or choose what works for you each day. There is no wrong answer.
Sessions draw from Pilates, functional strength training, corrective exercise, and mobility work — the full toolkit Erin has spent two decades refining.

THE GYM
Just off the pool, the Chateau’s newly renovated private gym is available to guests throughout the week — before sessions, after them, or whenever the mood strikes.
It is fully equipped: a comprehensive functional training module, cable systems, medicine balls, benches, mats, balance and agility tools, and cardio equipment. Everything you need for a serious session, in a setting that looks nothing like a commercial gym.
Use it independently on your own schedule, or book a private one-on-one session with Erin for personalized programming — whether that’s a strength-focused workout built around your goals, corrective work you want to address individually, or simply an hour with someone who actually knows what they’re doing watching your form.

EXCURSIONS
We will leave the coastline behind one day and head into the hills. The medieval villages perched above the Côte d’Azur — places like Èze and Antibes — are a world apart from the seafront. Ancient stone paths worn smooth by centuries of footsteps. Terraced hillsides dropping into the Mediterranean. Views that stretch so far and so clearly that the horizon feels personal.
The pace is moderate and intentional — this is movement as experience, not a training exercise. We walk, we stop, we take it in. There will be time to explore the village itself — the narrow lanes, the market stalls, the cafés that have been in the same spot for a hundred years.
It is the kind of morning that reminds you why you left home in the first place. And it pairs particularly well with the afternoon that follows it.
WELLNESS & LONGEVITY SESSIONS
Each day includes a focused wellness conversation led by Erin covering the science and lifestyle practices behind how we age, recover, sleep, and perform. These are not lectures. They’re the kind of real, applicable conversations her clients have been asking her to put in a room together for years — on topics ranging from longevity and inflammation to recovery, stress, and the daily habits that actually move the needle.
THE BOAT DAY
A full day private boat excursion along the Côte d’Azur aboard a vessel exclusively reserved for our group. We’ll drop anchor along the coastline, swim in the clearest water the Mediterranean has to offer, and enjoy lunch on board — prepared and served while you’re floating somewhere between Cannes and the horizon. No agenda, no schedule, no crowds. Just the sea, the sun, and the kind of afternoon that reminds you why you came.
THE BEACH CLUB
One evening during the week is reserved for a night out at one of the Côte d’Azur’s premier beach clubs — the kind of place where the energy is electric, the setting is stunning, and the South of France does what it does best after dark. A different side of the Riviera entirely, and the perfect contrast to the quieter, more restorative parts of the week.

THE FOOD
The table is as intentional as everything else. Meals are chef-prepared, locally inspired, and completely unhurried — a natural space for conversation, connection, and the kind of nourishment that goes beyond the food itself.
Most meals are prepared by our private chef at the chateau, drawing from the freshest seasonal ingredients the South of France has to offer. The Riviera has a way of making even the simplest meal feel like an occasion — and we lean into that fully.
All dietary needs are met with quiet precision. Every guest eats well. That part is non-negotiable.

THE CHATEAU
Your home for the week is a privately rented Chateau that just concluded a total refurbishment — exclusively reserved for our group and located in the heart of Cannes.
A private chef prepares every meal. Housekeeping keeps everything seamless. The pool is yours for recovery, relaxation, or both. Just off the pool, the newly renovated private gym is available whenever the mood strikes — for an early morning session, extra work after class, or simply because you can.
Accommodations are elegant and comfortable. This is the French Riviera, after all.
Wine is served with dinner every evening. Because this is a week about living well, not living less.

CANNES ITSELF
Most people who visit Cannes see it through the lens of the Film Festival — the crowds, the spectacle, the carefully managed glamour of it all. October gives you something entirely different. The summer tourists are gone. The city exhales.
What’s left is one of the most genuinely beautiful places on the Mediterranean, and it belongs almost entirely to you.
The Croisette takes on a different quality in autumn — lower light, slower pace, and cafés that are suddenly places you can actually sit in. The Marché Forville is stacked with local cheese, olives, and produce that makes you rethink everything you buy at home. Le Suquet, the old quarter climbing the hill above the port, has looked more or less the same for three hundred years.
We build unstructured time into the week deliberately. Not as filler — but because some of the most valuable hours of a week like this are the ones spent without an agenda.
