about Welcome! I’m happy you found me. Perhaps you’re curious to know a bit about me before making the leap into my programs. Erin Yanowitch is a personal trainer and coach who has embraced health in a holistic way, not only as a career but also as a way of life and a path to physical and mental wellbeing. I grew up in Atlanta, although I don’t fully relate to being a southern belle. I was more of a tomboy, spending my time outdoors and running around. It wasn’t until my teens that my adolescent appetite combined with my mom’s obesity put me into fear mode. I committed to maintain a trim physique and avoid suffering the stigma that my mom felt with her extra weight. From that point on, I ditched the pop tarts and pizza for salads and fish. I read nutrition books in my free time. I was drawn to the foods from Mother Nature and became fascinated with the human body’s potential and power. It was a selfish start that grew into altruism. Being able to educate my mother with her nutrition and her health, fighting cancer, was fulfilling. I wanted to learn more, help more, and my steps on this path led me to a career focused on wellness. I studied nutrition, health promotion, and psychology at school and just ate it up. In between those years, I had the privilege to work full time as an international fashion model. I saw first-hand the struggles of eating disorders, the irony of what appeared to be beautifully healthy people on the outside, but truly unhealthy
bodies within.
These earlier experiences helped shape my belief in the importance of both beautiful and healthy bodies, wellness, and above all, health.

I enjoy spending my free time gardening and cooking and using my nutritional knowledge to optimize recipes for health and longevity.
I have found the best of many worlds in rowing. In my shell, I can be in nature, embracing the beautiful surroundings and captivated by marine life. As an athlete and parent of athletes herself, Erin understands the struggles and desires of young competitors and their parents, particularly when they are on the quest for a scholarship, reach their fullest potential, or just win! I have competed at local and national levels both in a team and individually. I am increasing my fitness, cardio, and strength.
It is easy on my joints, and I will be able to continue competing well into my senior years.
It’s a beautiful sport, and I feel blessed to have found it With this in mind, she fuses corrective exercise to her clients’ discipline training to balance alignment, mobility, flexibility and recovery to peak performance.
She has the ability and the purpose to positively transform many lives into healthier, happier, and more fulfilled ones. Her workouts merge strength & resistance, stretching & flexibility, cardio & HIIT, and core balance. She applies therapies, such as gait analysis, myofascial release, and percussion therapy. Erin's life hacks ensure her clients will achieve their weight loss goals; increase flexibility, mobility, and core strength; manage their pain, prevent injuries or rehabilitate. Erin uses different modalities to create a program that is specific, practical, enjoyable, and, most importantly, effective. Her approach is the opposite of
“fit today, ailing tomorrow”.
This is an integral personal trainer with the experience and the education to approach a wide number of health issues and conditions.
